O'Neill faculty provide guidance and professional insight to students enrolled in the Capstone course by acting as mentors. Faculty mentors establish initial client contact and support students’ communication and time management strategies throughout the course of the semester. Rather than manage, Faculty mentors guide students to allow for a hands-on professional experience.
